I like to imagine these two were conspiring to relieve the shortage of peace because nobody else seems to be managing it. No: Not Condi Rice, the Big Cheeses in Israel, Syria, Lebanon or Cleveland (including its suburbs) or George W Bush or Putin or even Andrew Lloyd Webber.
